General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Registration and Deposit
We recommend that you register as soon as possible, as the number of participants per tour is limited. We require a deposit of 35% of the total cost per person per stay at the time of registration.

B – PayPal is a fast and secure way to pay online. If you use this payment method, we ask you to add 2% of the total amount (commission fee).
2. Final payment
The balance is due 30 days before the departure date, payable as described above. If you wish to register for a program starting within 90 days, full payment is required at the time of registration, and the reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of your payment.
3. Cancellations and refunds
All cancellation requests must be made in writing. Refunds are based on the date of receipt of the written cancellation request. No refund will be given for any unused portion of the stay.
Number of days before start of trip Cancellation fee / person / program:
– Full trips: 90 days or more €150 (administration fee), 61 – 90 days 50%, 31 – 61 days 75%, 0 – 30 days 100%.
– Guiding service only: Over 10 days: free – 10 to 5 days 50%, 0 to 4 days: 100%.
4. Cancellation by Interkultur
Interkultur reserves the right to cancel a program or make appropriate changes in the best interest of the participants. Cancellation may be due to insufficient registrations or to circumstances beyond Interkultur’s control and responsibility. If we have to cancel a program, you will be informed as soon as possible and you will receive a full refund of your deposit or, if you wish, a rescheduled date will always be offered.
5. Health declaration
Participants in our programs must be in good physical health and be prepared to walk. Our activities include walking, stair climbing, visits to castles, museums and other places of interest that are not always easy to reach. Waiting and standing are also to be expected.
6. Loss and liability
Interkultur cannot be held responsible for any changes resulting from unforeseen events or their consequences, such as attacks, acts of war, political unrest, strikes, embargoes, demonstrations, riots, traffic jams, delays, bad weather, injunctions by administrative authorities or public authorities. Interkultur accepts no liability for theft, damage or loss of luggage, objects and/or personal effects during the trip.
