Spend a whole, virtually private day with Napoleon visiting some of its most intimate and lesser known houses. The chateau has also a strong link to Napoleon’s personal life, as his first wife, Empress Joséphine lived and died there.
The second palace will take you to the countryside, where rooms have recently been refurbished to exhibit some of the most beautiful decors from the French Emperor’s days.

Enjoy a very special day with Napoleon thanks to exclusive visits with a private guide to some of the most beautiful but also lesser-known palaces that the French Emperor stayed in.
The day will start after pick up with a ride to the West of Paris to Malmaison chateau, a residence Napoleon frequented very often, and eventually bequeathed to Empress Josephine, his first wife, after their divorce.
Not only the park is beautiful and rich in surprises, but Malmaison also has the most comprehensive collection of First Empire objects and furniture in Paris.

An hour drive will be necessary to reach our second destination! After lunch on the way or in the quaint and preserved city centre, we’ll head for this wonderful chateau, recently reopened after a long closure for renovation. It exhibits Napoleon’s bedroom with original furniture acquired from the French state’s collections. The amazing bathroom also provides a unique occasion to witness the luxury of the Emperor’s most intimate environnement and the evolution of hygiene in the early 19th century.

The day will end with the most amazing private collection related to Napoleon in Paris. Located in a secret location in the centre city, it boasts more than 2000 rare items. This last visit will be a unique occasion to wander through rare and exclusive objects, statues, portraits and pieces of furniture from Napoleon’s days.

Undeniably looking more like an apartment with everything at hand’s reach, you’ll be able to stroll all the splendid rooms guided around some unique pieces with a glass of champagne and in a luxurious environment.

At the end of the visit (around 7pm) you will be driven back to your hotel or any other destination.
